Core Client Legal
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the rules for using Core Client websites, Core Guides, Core Dashboard, Core Console, tasks, notes, prepared actions, mobile-ready workflows, and related services.
Effective date: June 12, 2026
Platform principle
Core is built to help organizations combine trusted knowledge, AI assistance, operational workflows, and human confirmation. AI can prepare work, but users remain responsible for reviewing and approving important outputs and actions.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Core Client websites, products, and services, including Core Guides, Core Dashboard, Core Console, Core Knowledge, Knowledge Gap Queue workflows, tasks, notes, prepared actions, mobile-ready features, and related support or implementation services.
By accessing or using Core, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Core on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Core platform
Core is an AI-powered operations platform. It may include:
- Core Guides: AI assistants configured for public sites, portals, teams, and workflows.
- Core Knowledge: knowledge sources, assignments, retrieval testing, generated sources, and Knowledge Gap Queue workflows.
- Core Dashboard: administrative tools for configuring Guides, knowledge, settings, embeds, goals, layouts, and improvement workflows.
- Core Console: an operational workspace for tasks, internal notes, records, activity, Quick Actions, prepared actions, and staff follow-up workflows.
- Core Mobile: mobile companion functionality designed to connect to the same backend action and confirmation model.
- Integrations and actions: current and future connections to business systems through reviewable, confirmable workflows.
Features may vary based on plan, configuration, implementation stage, and enabled modules.
3. Accounts, administrators, and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, managing user access, and ensuring that administrators and staff use Core appropriately. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or organization unless caused by Core Client's failure to meet its obligations under a separate written agreement.
Core may include role-based access, public Guide access, administrator access, Console user access, mobile-ready sessions, and integration credentials. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security concerns.
4. Customer content and knowledge sources
You retain ownership of content you provide to Core, including documents, knowledge sources, instructions, prompts, approved Knowledge Gap answers, tasks, notes, records, and workflow configuration. You grant Core Client the rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, index, retrieve, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the services for your organization.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, appropriate, and that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with Core.
5. AI outputs, proposed answers, and prepared actions
Core may generate AI responses, summaries, proposed Knowledge Gap answers, suggested next steps, task drafts, notes, prepared actions, or other outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Prepared Actions are designed to support human review. A prepared action is not complete until an authorized user confirms it or otherwise executes the workflow. Do not use Core as the sole basis for decisions requiring professional judgment, including legal, medical, financial, safety, accreditation, employment, or compliance decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Core. Prohibited uses include:
- Violating laws, regulations, rights of others, or contractual obligations.
- Uploading content you do not have permission to use.
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, data, or areas of Core without authorization.
- Disrupting, probing, reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the platform except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Using Core to generate, approve, send, or store unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
- Bypassing review and confirmation workflows where human approval is required by your organization, law, or responsible use standards.
7. Integrations and third-party services
Core may connect to third-party systems such as CRMs, email platforms, calendars, webhooks, mobile notification services, or other business tools. Some integrations are current platform foundations and others may be planned, custom, or enabled under a separate scope of work.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for authorizing integrations, maintaining credentials, and ensuring configured workflows comply with your organization's requirements.
8. Plans, payment, implementation, and changes
Paid plans, subscriptions, implementation services, custom development, support, hosting, usage limits, and renewal terms may be described in an order form, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.
Core Client may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing purchased functionality without notice, but platform features may evolve as Core develops.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Core is provided on an "as available" basis except as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, error-free, or fit for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining appropriate backups, and configuring workflows safely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Client is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, or business interruption, except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
10. Contact and updates
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Core Client through the contact page or by using the contact information provided by your Core Client representative.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Core after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
