• Salesforce: User data is stored in Salesforce, which is used only to perform the functions of the App.

• Storage: Your data is stored securely in the Salesforce database.
• Security Measures: We use Securi firewall, SSL encryption for data transfer, and 256-bit encryption for data at rest. Core Client does not have access to your data, as all data is encrypted.
• Data Retention: Your data is retained until you choose to delete it.

5. User Consent & Rights

• Consent: You will provide consent for data collection and processing through a consent screen at sign-up. Any updates to this Privacy Policy will require your acceptance before continuing to use the App.
• Access, Modify, Delete: You may access, modify, or delete your data at any time through the App.
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent by deleting your account, which will remove all your data from our system.
